A Smithsonian exhibition of medieval Hindu bronzes from South India, The Sensuous and the Sacred toured the Cleveland Museum of Art. On assignment for Acoustiguide, I interviewed art history curators and Hindu residents of Cleveland and wrote a family audio-tour script. The tour won an award from the National Association for Interpretation. A judge wrote that the “addition of real people, the child singer in the third grade in particular, was enjoyable and effective in telling the stories behind the symbolism.”
